use index.rdf. for whatever reason index.xml no longer has full text, and who the hell wants that?

I’ll probably post a few more garbage entries over the next day or two while I shake out the system. In the meantime, read Sy Hersch’s excellent article in the New Yorker on how fucked up our president’s relationship with the CIA has grown
