One of the things I really like about blogs is the ability to put an interesting but unqualified opinion in front of readers — let them make their own decision. Unqualified not in the sense of the speaker being a moron (though that happens), but in the sense that the reporter hasn’t tried to get multiple opinions and go back and forth.
In that vein, Eric Zorn has a writeup from his dad the physics professor explaining how he thinks the Tiger Woods miracle shot on the 16th hole of the final round of the Masters went in.
